LeafFilter is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our successful sales force in the home improvement industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes, conducting sales presentations that allow homeowners to make informed decisions about their gutter protection needs. This role is designed for sales professionals who are ready to be compensated for their talents without the hassle of cold calling or unqualified leads. Our Design Consultants are among the highest paid in the industry, with earnings ranging from $80,000 to $220,000, based on performance. We value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, providing the necessary training for those who demonstrate the right talent and motivation. In this position, you will travel to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments within the greater Metro area, performing product demonstrations and discussing custom quotes during in-home consultations. You will follow a value-based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity, ensuring that homeowners receive the best possible service. Regular attendance at training sessions and sales meetings is expected, along with the completion of other assigned duties. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily. You should also be capable of lifting and carrying sample materials weighing between 20-60 lbs and navigating various applications on an iPad. While previous outside sales experience is not required, a strong desire to learn and close sales is essential.
