About the position

Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with North America's largest direct-to-consumer entity and the largest home remodeling company. This position offers a unique sales experience without the hassle of cold calling or unqualified leads. Instead, you will be provided with pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners who are genuinely interested in our gutter protection solutions. Your role will involve conducting in-home sales presentations, demonstrating our products, and providing custom quotes to help homeowners make informed decisions on the same day. In this position, you will travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments within the greater Metro area. You will follow a value-based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity, ensuring that you build trust with your clients. Regular training sessions and sales meetings will be part of your routine, allowing you to continuously improve your skills and stay updated on our offerings. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we provide the necessary training for those who possess the talent and drive to succeed in sales. This is a full-time position with an uncapped commission structure, allowing you to earn based on your performance. Our current consultants are earning between $80,000 and $220,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available. Flexibility in your schedule is encouraged, with evening and weekend availability required to meet client needs. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
