Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our successful sales force in the home improvement industry. Our sales consultants enjoy a streamlined process where they go to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners, allowing them to focus on what they do best: selling. With no cold calling and no sweepstake giveaways, our leads are confirmed by real people, ensuring that our consultants spend less time in the field and more time closing sales. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, performing product demonstrations, and providing custom quotes to homeowners. You will follow a value-based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity, ensuring that homeowners feel confident in their decisions regarding gutter protection. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed, regardless of your previous experience in outside sales. This position offers an uncapped commission structure, with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
