About the position

We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes, conducting sales presentations that allow homeowners to make informed decisions about their gutter protection needs. This role is designed for sales professionals who are ready to be compensated for their talents without the hassle of cold calling or unqualified leads. Our consultants enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing them to balance their work and personal life effectively. We provide comprehensive training to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in this role, regardless of your previous experience in sales. In this position, you will travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners. You will perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, following a value-based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity. Regular attendance at training sessions and sales meetings is expected, along with the completion of other assigned duties. This role offers an uncapped commission structure, with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000, plus performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Cincinnati Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
