The Learning & Development department works to intentionally inform, educate, develop, and inspire across the organization. As a department, we support a global team, providing the vehicles for continued learning, career development, and making contributions to our organizational goals. As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining training tools & records, as well as creating and planning engaging training content that supports the goals of the team and pushes TA team members to maximize their efforts. By diving in and understanding historical performance, business goals, and team motivators, you will seek opportunities to drive continuous improvement through creative solutions.
