About the position

The Learning & Experience Manager for Sales & Leasing at ResProp Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives aimed at enhancing leasing and sales performance across the organization. This role emphasizes the development of leasing professionals through workshops, coaching, and a 'train the trainer' approach, leveraging instructional design and performance analytics to deliver impactful learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate New Hire Bootcamp for Leasing Consultants and BizTechs to ensure smooth integration and success.
  • Lead in-person Leasing Workshops twice a year, focusing on essential leasing and sales skills.
  • Manage the Mystery Shop program, providing coaching sessions and utilizing feedback to drive performance improvements.
  • Conduct lead management training sessions and listen to call recordings, offering feedback to optimize leasing conversions and customer interactions.
  • Regularly audit and update learning plans for Leasing Professionals and BizTechs, ensuring alignment with current business needs and best practices.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to continuously elevate leasing professional skills across the company.
  • Lead Summer Leasing Campaigns and provide 'train the trainer' support for managers to ensure they can effectively mentor and guide their teams to success during peak seasons.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to design and implement new training initiatives that drive business success and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a sales/leasing role in property management with proven high performing KPIs.
  • Expertise in design with proficiency in Google/Microsoft suite (especially PPT/Slides and Excel/Sheets).
  • Strong virtual and in-person communication skills with experience in virtual facilitation.
  • An outgoing, people-centric attitude.
  • Detailed, organized, and routine-oriented.
