About The Position
The Learning and Development Specialist - Instructor at Leica Biosystems is responsible for onboarding new commercial team members, sustaining knowledge, mentoring, and introducing new products through training initiatives. This role is part of the Global Sales Enablement and Operations Team and focuses on delivering quality training content, particularly in the Immunohistochemistry business vertical, while also supporting special projects and acting as a field coach for the sales team.
