We are seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to enhance our organizational capabilities, elevate training effectiveness, and drive a high-performance culture at Nestlé USA. This individual will be part of a team responsible for delivering trainings, learning products, and experiences to support employees as they integrate into and navigate the work environment, enabling them to quickly and confidently support business goals and fuel our growth as a company. The role will focus on strategic oversight and execution of day-to-day project tasks to support the delivery of learning solutions across the corporate L&D portfolio. This will include managing relationships with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and business clients, as well as providing Learning Management System (LMS) support for corporate learning programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent program management and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
