• Evaluate all learning initiatives using validated measurements and analyze results.

Requirements

• Experience in learning and development or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to assess development needs.
• Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
