About the position

The Learning and Development Specialist at PNC's Linga organization is responsible for delivering training programs to employees, ensuring that learning objectives are met and that training materials are aligned with organizational needs. Responsibilities

  • Leverage established training programs to deliver a variety of training to employees within the assigned business unit.
  • Deliver moderately complex business or job-specific training to meet learning objectives.
  • Coordinate training materials, facilities, and equipment within the business unit.
  • Monitor participant progress and instructional program effectiveness.
  • Review training materials to ensure quality and accuracy of content.
  • Evaluate employees' learning performance and facilitate learning activities.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and practices.
