This role is pivotal in designing and implementing learning offerings aimed at enhancing professional skills for both entry-level and more experienced staff. The Learning & Development (L&D) team is innovation-focused, creating customized learning experiences that empower exceptional talent to excel in their careers and roles. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content and designing creative, bespoke learning offerings that cover a wide range of skills, including project management, idea generation, prioritization, effective interviewing, and time management. You will collaborate with internal and external experts to identify best practices, develop and deliver customized programming such as case-based workshops, online simulations, group coaching, and on-demand resources, and measure the impact of these initiatives.
