About The Position
The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions that incorporate adult learning principles to enhance capabilities and drive behavioral change among learners. This role involves improving training content based on business trends and evaluations, developing training materials, and collaborating with coordinators to schedule training courses. Although this position does not have direct reports, it includes mentoring less experienced staff and may involve leading a team of matrixed resources.
