Responsibilities

• Consults with customers to determine appropriate solutions for business needs.
• Conducts needs analysis to determine performance and engagement objectives.
• Uses probing questions to identify root causes of issues or needs for organizational development.
• Gathers content material from subject matter experts and performs necessary research.
• Designs, develops, and implements programs or solutions that meet customer needs.
• Creates and delivers effective in-class and virtual instructor-led classes, eLearning, job aids, and performance-support materials.
• Utilizes rapid instructional design tools and adult learning theory to develop training solutions.
• Reviews, evaluates, and reports on program or solution effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in instructional design or adult learning development.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Training Needs Analysis.
• Experience in consulting and educational multimedia.

• Experience with rapid instructional design tools.
