Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in existing workflows.
  • Design and conduct engaging workshops and training sessions.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and talent development.
  • Launch diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster belonging.
  • Gather feedback to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure success of initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach managers to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to refine development strategies.
  • Design and execute a leadership development program.
  • Offer consultative services on policies and training.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and compliance efforts.
  • Document and innovate training procedures.
  • Support trainer development programs.
  • Manage budgets for training initiatives.
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives to implement employee development plans.
  • Maintain accurate information in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience in training or organizational development.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
