The position involves facilitating needs assessments for training courses and Franchisee/staff development. The individual will identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and facilitating training programs for Franchisees and their internal teams, as well as creating learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans. The role requires delivering both virtual and in-person training for various courses and programs, including development for managers and franchisees, and leading Express-centered conference breakout sessions. The individual will also review evaluations of training courses, assess the effectiveness of training in terms of Franchise accomplishments and performance, and serve as a liaison between Subject Matter Experts and the Instructional Design Team.
