Exiger is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Learning and Development Specialist. The candidate will report to the Global Head of Learning and Development (L&D) and will work closely with fellow L&D team members. The candidate will be responsible for managing Exiger's Supply Chain Explorer platform, co-managing Exiger's Learning Management System (LMS), and assisting in the development and management of Exiger's Learning and Development Program. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering learning management systems, project management experience, and a strong learning agility with new technology. The candidate will also be working to support the training needs of client-facing employees, especially in regards to ensuring staff awareness and thorough comprehension of our product suite and maintaining product adoption by our clients. Additionally, this role will be responsible for updating and maintaining existing digital training assets.
