About the position

The Learning Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the JRTA unit and the broader CARE unit by developing educational resources and strategies aimed at fulfilling the goals of the CFSR PIP. This position involves creating curriculum materials, updating online content, and preparing webinars for judicial partners, ensuring effective communication and training for stakeholders involved in the program.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting curriculum and resources including fact sheets and bench guides for judges and attorneys.
  • Updating online content on JCART to fulfill CFSR PIP goals.
  • Preparing webinars for judicial partners on PIP strategies.
  • Attending meetings with CDSS offices regarding the Tribal Dependency Representation Program and other CFSR bureaus involved in PIP implementation.
  • Working with web services to ensure that trainings and resources reach all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in curriculum development and educational resource creation.
  • Strong communication skills for preparing webinars and attending meetings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of adult education, online education, and/or podcasts.
