Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs using the ADDIE model.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires and familiarize them with company policies and culture.
  • Deliver training sessions in various formats, including classroom settings and virtual environments, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Captivate for content development, creating interactive e-learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to integrate training initiatives within the Workday HRIS system for streamlined tracking of employee progress.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to tailor programs that meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in instructional design principles, particularly the ADDIE model.
  • Experience in training development and delivery across various platforms (classroom, virtual).
  • Familiarity with content development tools such as Adobe Captivate.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically Workday, for managing employee training records.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
