About The Position
The Learning and Development Specialist will support all 12 brands of Great Day Home Improvement by developing and facilitating effective learning programs across the organization. This role focuses on designing and delivering engaging learning content that enhances knowledge, skills, and competencies. The specialist will also manage the learning management system and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the instructional strategy aligns with organizational goals.
