The Learning and Development Associate will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs within the company. This role involves marketing and communicating these programs internally, as well as campaigning for their adoption. The position requires strong presentation skills and proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, posters, and newsletters. The associate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across different regions, ensuring alignment with management priorities and driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create learning and development programs within the company.
• Market and communicate the learning and development programs internally.
• Campaign for the adoption of learning programs.
• Prepare presentations, posters, and newsletters to promote programs.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and interact at all levels.
• Proven track record of integrity, flexibility, and positivity.
• Ability to work in a global organization with diverse teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with end-user collaboration/content management tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and SalesForce.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation creation.
