About the position

The Learning and Talent Development Partner at Shake Shack plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of Team Members through the design and implementation of effective training programs. This position is integral to the Learning and Talent Development team, focusing on creating dynamic development resources, facilitating leadership sessions, and ensuring continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate employees across various levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs that enhance Team Member skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate and facilitate leadership sessions and psychometric evaluations, both in-person and virtual.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and evaluations, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and curate engaging learning resources, including manuals, guides, and training materials.
• Manage logistics for training programs, ensuring smooth delivery and scheduling.
• Explore and integrate innovative solutions and industry trends in learning and development.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to align training programs with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience focused on leadership development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of learning technologies, including learning management systems and e-learning platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience with Adobe Suite and Articulate.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning.
• AI experience.
