About the position

The Learning & Development Manager II at ZoomInfo is responsible for overseeing the onboarding and training processes for customers, ensuring they effectively adopt and utilize ZoomInfo's offerings. This role emphasizes creativity and engagement, aiming to enhance customer proficiency and satisfaction through tailored training programs and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for customers to ensure immediate adoption and success.
  • Document and track trainings, attendees, notes, and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop training content for customers and internal stakeholders, conducting needs assessments and collaborating with the Learning & Development team.
  • Drive customer engagement through the ZoomInfo Certification program, enhancing proficiency beyond initial training.
  • Customize training based on audience personas and company profiles, addressing specific business challenges.
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to schedule trainings and impact customer health and retention.
  • Provide quarterly professional development training to ZoomInfo employees on various topics.
  • Determine and apply assessment instruments to measure learner progress and prepare reports on training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of work experience in sales or account management, with at least 1 year focused on training.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite products.
  • 2+ years' experience in Sales, Account Management, and/or Training.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency with Salesforce (Lightning).
  • Experience with learning management software.
  • Knowledge of training program design methods and principles.
  • Experience engaging large audiences in Sales, Marketing, or Recruiting.
