As a key member of the team that is responsible for Learning Partnering with JLL's JLL Technologies, Corporate Functions, and LaSalle business lines, you will contribute primarily to the execution of the learning & development strategy for Corporate Functions and LaSalle. This will involve working in close partnership with the Corporate Functions and LaSalle L&D Partner and HR Partnering teams, the wider Talent and Development team, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs, find relevant learning solutions, manage learning projects, and deliver engaging learning experiences. On occasion, you may contribute to learning & development project work for the JLL Technologies business line. The ideal candidate will have experience managing learning projects to completion and will have training and workshop facilitation experience, both in person and in virtual environments. The candidate will have a track record of working with mid to senior stakeholders, confidently conducting needs analyses and influencing decision-making in alignment with the business line's Learning & Development strategy and the global Learning & Development Center of Expertise (CoE) strategy.
