About The Position
The Learning and Development Specialist at Cornerstone Advisors is responsible for developing and implementing corporate learning and development programs tailored for banking and financial services consultants. This role focuses on creating, designing, and delivering training curricula aimed at enhancing employee performance and engagement. The specialist will also manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, collaborating closely with various teams to meet the organization's training needs.
