Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, implementation, and facilitation of learning and development programs.
• Provide ongoing support for company learning programs using needs analysis and instructional design methods.
• Update and redesign existing training materials and documentation.
• Create learning modules independently using a blended learning approach.
• Utilize the learning management system to ensure functionality and user support for training needs.
• Develop written, instructor-led, and online training content based on thorough needs assessments.
• Create detailed storyboards, narration scripts, and presentation materials for training deliverables.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on training initiatives.
• Apply change and project management methodologies to complete projects on time and within resources.
• Act as a learning management system expert to drive utilization across the organization.
• Understand online learning and LMS best practices from both administrative and end-user perspectives.
• Support the performance management process through tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years' experience in corporate learning, organizational development, adult learning, or instructional design.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of online learning best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
