About the position

The Learning & Development Specialist at SuperCare Health plays a crucial role in enhancing employee growth and organizational success through innovative learning and development initiatives. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives, particularly in leadership development and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the SuperCharged Leadership Development Program.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential individuals and contribute to customized development plans.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of programs for emerging leaders.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Work closely with People partners to align learning and development programs with broader strategies.
  • Contribute to talent management initiatives by identifying skills gaps and proposing solutions.
  • Assist in conducting regular needs assessments for learning and development priorities.
  • Create engaging learning content, including e-learning modules and training materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees, focusing on soft skills development.
  • Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning programs.
  • Support the integration of technology and learning management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, focusing on leadership development and organization-wide programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning technology.
