About the position

ProService is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist, who will play a pivotal part at the intersection of our Client HR Trainer and Instructional Designer roles. As an expert in training curriculum development, you'll spearhead the creation of innovative learning experiences. Your skills will be instrumental in designing visually captivating and interactive training materials. Responsibilities

• Utilize instructional design skills to develop instructional materials for ProService client training programs, including instructor-led, blended, video, and webinar curricula, reference tools, and other learning materials.
• Facilitate and lead training in a variety of formats, including classroom, webinar, podcast, and on-demand formats, with travel required up to 30%.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including securing venues, communicating with attendees, ordering food, securing equipment, delivering materials, and setting up rooms.
• Document client interactions using our CRM system (Salesforce) and submit training completion reports or other reports as required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while executing deliverables within established timeframes and parameters, prioritizing to adjust to changing deadlines or business needs.

Requirements

• Located in Oahu, HI and can regularly come into our Hawaii Kai neighborhood office.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing learning materials and programs, including teaching experience and/or prior work in the field of learning and development.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Comfortable on camera for webinars, on-demand videos, social media, and other projects as needed.
• Outstanding organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Acts as a Team Player, proactively reaching out to peers, fostering collaboration, and partnering effectively with leadership.
• Deep care for customer service, consistently exceeding expectations for satisfaction with our clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
