About the position

The Learning & Development Specialist at Lilly Lebanon API plays a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical training initiatives for the new manufacturing site. This position is integral to the startup phase of the facility, which is expected to begin operations between 2025 and 2027. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to build processes and systems that support GMP operations and foster a positive site culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support site L&D Business Partners in operational activities, including creating and managing training curricula and content.
  • Assist in the creation and management of reports and dashboards based on data from various L&D sources.
  • Process site L&D content in various information systems, including learning management and document management systems.
  • Administer site L&D communication and collaboration systems, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Promote and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the L&D team.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma.
  • One year of experience in an FDA/GxP-regulated organization.
  • One year of experience on a learning and development team.
  • One year of experience with a learning management system.
  • One year of experience with a document management system.
  • Ability to perform system-based transactions accurately and efficiently.

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree in, or closely related to, the Learning & Development field.
  • Prior experience with the SAP Success Factors learning management system.
  • Prior experience with the Veeva Vault QualityDocs document management system.
  • Prior experience with the Service Now service management system.
  • Prior experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of office productivity applications.
