About The Position
The Learning Development Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs to new hires in a call center environment. This role requires onsite presence and flexibility in scheduling to accommodate training sessions that may run from early morning to late evening. The specialist will also assess training needs, suggest improvements to training programs, and compile training reports.
