About the position

As an L&D Specialist at Regal Cineworld Group, you'll play a key role in delivering learning strategies that evolve with our business. Reporting to the Global L&D Director, you'll lead the development of engaging, impactful programs across multiple modalities. You'll drive the global learning strategy, promote opportunities, and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct learning needs analyses, collaborating with SMEs to define development objectives and identify innovative solutions to address organizational challenges, trends, and skill gaps.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of engaging learning solutions, focusing on live and blended learning modalities, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Take ownership of the global learning strategy, promoting learning opportunities, facilitating workshops, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across regions.
  • Play a crucial role in organizational development and team effectiveness, leveraging learning interventions to strengthen team collaboration, leadership skills, and overall organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external providers to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness, while continuously researching and incorporating new learning methodologies and best practices.
  • Support both field and office populations, ensuring that all teams have access to appropriate learning opportunities.
  • Deliver learning across a variety of modalities, including in-person workshops, long-term programs, experiential learning (e.g., job swaps), mentoring programs, webinars, learning communities, toolkits, and playbooks.
  • Manage virtual learning experiences, ensuring high-quality delivery of online workshops and webinars while fostering a strong virtual learning community.
  • Stay up-to-date with innovations in the L&D space, integrating cutting-edge methodologies and tools into the programs you develop and deliver.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering blended learning solutions, with a strong focus on soft skills, team development, and change management.
  • A modern approach to learning, with a track record of creating engaging content from scratch or enhancing existing materials, all while effectively managing projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with psychometrics, utilizing data and insights to design and deliver effective learning interventions.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience delivering both in-person and online development.
  • Experience working in a global L&D team is highly desirable.
