About the position

The Learning & Development Specialist at Quad plays a crucial role in the Talent Management Systems and Process team, focusing on the effective enablement of Talent programs through various tools, systems, and data. This position serves as the first-level systems administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) and manages the deployment of learning content to end users, ensuring quality controls and executing testing protocols. The role is integral to operational and strategic initiatives aligned with departmental priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key liaison between Quad's LMS and key stakeholders, supporting content creation and technical support.
  • Track and report training metrics and maintain accurate records within the LMS.
  • Build and maintain relationships with departmental subject matter experts and HR teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support related to level 1 issues.
  • Support quarterly system maintenance and updates, including testing.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations related to Talent Management initiatives.
  • Function as Project Manager for learning initiatives and change events.
  • Serve as the initial intake for inquiries regarding the LMS and course content.
  • Summarize and present relevant data from Talent systems to support team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; degree in Human Resources or Learning Development preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Systems, or broad HR experience.
  • Prior experience with Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, computer, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in the design and deployment of training activities encompassing soft, technical, and managerial skills.
  • Experience with learning systems such as Articulate, ISpring, and other content creation tools.
