About the position

Krispy Kreme's Learning & Development Specialist will help to build a great digital learning experience and ensure DoughPro works for our Krispy Kremers in our shops and factories. In this role, you'll manage our LMS, oversee reporting dashboards, support vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful training programs. You can influence global L&D strategies, lead LMS improvements, and support company-wide learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary LMS administrator, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and system integrations.
  • Manage Power BI dashboards for tracking learner engagement and performance, providing insights to leadership.
  • Oversee vendor relationships (e.g., PlayerLync) and support technical troubleshooting.
  • Manage, upload, and maintain diverse training content (SCORM, xAPI, videos, guides), ensuring quality and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to enhance course offerings by advising how to maximise the LMS.
  • Utilize Articulate 360 to edit and update content and manage third-party content catalogues.
  • Manage translations with vendors and/or partners to deliver training designed for global usage within all markets.
  • Provide technical support to employees, customers, and SMEs, while training internal teams on LMS features.
  • Promote a learner-centric approach, simplifying content for impactful learning experiences.
  • Align LMS solutions with global L&D initiatives and company goals.
  • Support RFP processes for LMS evaluation and lead implementation if needed.
  • Recommend system updates and improvements to optimize training delivery, incorporating more face-to-face learning where impactful.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of LMS administration experience (PlayerLync preferred).
  • Proficiency with SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles to support engaging content and advising others.
  • Experience of translating materials within Storyline, RISE and video using XLIFF files and an ability to edit materials to meet the needs of the target language.
  • Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards, or willingness to learn, and LMS reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts.
  • Passion for creating impactful learning experiences.
