As a Learning & Development Specialist at Michels Corporation, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery and evaluation of learning events that drive employee growth. This role involves managing logistics and leading on-site training events, supporting the development of internal training programs, administering internal developmental programs, and conducting training sessions. You will also identify high-quality external training solutions for employees, arrange registrations, and serve as a system administrator/content developer for the Michels University SharePoint site. Success in this role requires a positive and self-motivated attitude, a high degree of responsibility, confidentiality, and accountability. You must present yourself professionally in all interactions, work under limited supervision, and have a passion for helping others learn new skills that will aid in their career growth.
