About the position
The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is responsible for creating engaging and effective workplace learning experiences tailored for Unboxed's clients and their learners. This role emphasizes strong content development skills, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough project discovery to understand client's business objectives.
- Design and develop content for various deliverables, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and assessments.
- Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience, including video, audio, simulations, gamification, and AI.
- Collaborate with production teams to bring learning experiences to life.
- Develop a deep understanding of various clients, learners, and industries.
- Demonstrate partnership, innovation, and expertise when interacting with clients.
- Facilitate feedback discussions and implement creative solutions.
- Evaluate and improve learning experiences based on feedback and data analysis.
- Meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Communicate impediments early.
