About The Position
The Learning Experience Designer at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is responsible for enhancing educational experiences through innovative instructional design and project-based learning methodologies. This role involves collaboration with faculty to redesign courses, facilitate training workshops, and develop best practices aimed at improving student retention and engagement, particularly in relation to the Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) grant.
