About the position

The Learning Experience Designer II at Robert Half is responsible for enhancing compliance learning assets and e-learning courses within the HR department. This role focuses on creating meaningful and accessible learning experiences that adhere to international legal standards and multiple language requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to design, develop, and evaluate learning content, ensuring it meets the needs of diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Curate learning content and partner with designers for translations/validations.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology LMS team for content management.
  • Moderate social learning and discussion boards.
  • Participate in user testing of new content and systems.
  • Evaluate impact and improve content experiences with the assessment team.
  • Promote and update global training campaigns and programs.
  • Identify cultural trends to enhance user experience.
  • Define learning solutions using formal design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Design blended and virtual classroom experiences.
  • Execute small scale global initiatives and manage translations.
  • Establish relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders.
  • Work with subject matter experts to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain deployed learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years of instructional design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience in graphic/visual design and Storyline/Articulate.
  • Attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with video editing software like Camtasia and After Effects.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Experience with virtual classroom platforms.
