About The Position
The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) will play a crucial role in supporting learning program initiatives by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform technical information into effective learning materials. This position involves creating new curricula in response to evolving customer needs, utilizing a variety of skills including project management, training needs analysis, course design, and evaluation. The LXD will be responsible for developing e-learning courses, writing learning outcomes, and creating instructional materials, while ensuring effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
