About the position

The Learning Experience Partner role at Adobe focuses on developing and managing programs that support and enable people leaders across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the team, demonstrating data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive the development of effective solutions.
  • End-to-end program management of People Leader initiatives, including scoping, implementing, and continuously improving scalable development programs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management, Insights, Rewards, Wellbeing, DEI, and Communication partners to identify leadership needs and align program objectives with business goals.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs using Objectives and Key Results metrics; provide regular reports and insights to partners.
  • Continuously assess and refine leadership development programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and changes in leadership requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of leadership programs across the organization, driving adoption of standard methodologies.
  • Execute on the programs delivered, including writing and sending communications, scheduling sessions, and producing virtual and live trainings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably within HR, Talent Development, or Leadership Development.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple partners.
  • Exceptional communication, written, and verbal skills, with an interest in visual and narrative storytelling.
  • Experience managing and driving engagement in collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to foster trust and relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization.
