About The Position
The Learning & Organizational Development Specialist at the University of Washington's Housing & Food Services (HFS) is responsible for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of training programs for HFS employees. This role involves collaborating with human resources and departmental leaders to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and implement training delivery methods that align with the organization's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
