The Learning & Organizational Development Specialist at Colorado Access plays a crucial role in shaping the vision and supporting the mission of the organization. This position is responsible for conducting comprehensive learning and organizational needs assessments to identify areas for improvement within the company. The specialist will develop and design targeted learning and organizational development interventions, balancing the needs of both short-term and long-term initiatives to align with the strategic priorities of Colorado Access. Clear communication of strategies to internal partners is essential, as is building consensus and prioritizing interventions that align with the organization's goals. In addition to developing training programs, the specialist will facilitate change management activities aimed at achieving organizational key results (OKRs), improving resource utilization, and streamlining processes. This includes adopting new technologies and ensuring that the implementation of contracts and accreditation standards is efficient. The role also involves providing one-on-one and team performance coaching to employees, managing the planning and coordination of learning interventions throughout the talent development cycle, and ensuring consistency in learning content across the organization. The specialist will formulate educational objectives that support Colorado Access' mission and values, determining the best instructional methods to meet the needs of various departments. This includes creating learning content, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring that all training logistics meet or exceed internal and external policies and regulations. The role requires ongoing evaluation and modification of existing programs to enhance their effectiveness, as well as participation in community engagement activities that align with the organization's core values and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
