• Partner with Global Leadership & Learning Institute caregivers and stakeholders to design and deploy learning programs.
• Measure and sustain various integrated learning and development tools and practices.
• Develop and integrate projects to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Work with business and HR leaders to refine organizational capabilities and talent requirements.
• Design and deliver engaging learning solutions for defined audiences.
• Establish credibility as a learning partner and facilitator to encourage participation and collaboration.
• Communicate leadership development program metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource development, education, I/O psychology, or a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in organizational learning and leadership development.
• Global mindset accommodating cultural differences and respect for diverse perspectives.
• Design thinking and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Master of science in education or organizational development.
• Three years of experience in a supervisory/managerial or project management role.
• Certified Performance & Learning Professional (CPLP) or advanced certification in organizational effectiveness.
• Development assessment certification such as MBTI, Strength Finders, EI 2.0, or DiSC.
