About the position

The Learning Partner at Cleveland Clinic's Center for Workforce Development is responsible for collaborating with caregivers and stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate integrated learning and development programs. This role focuses on enhancing organizational capabilities and talent management to improve performance and engagement within the healthcare environment. The Learning Partner will work closely with business and HR leaders to ensure that learning solutions are relevant and effective, fostering a positive learning climate that encourages collaboration and participation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Leadership & Learning Institute caregivers and stakeholders to design and deploy learning programs.
  • Measure and sustain learning initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and integrate projects that enhance performance, engagement, and development.
  • Work with business leaders to refine organizational capabilities and talent requirements.
  • Leverage information to execute strategies and learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging informal and formal learning solutions.
  • Establish credibility as a learning partner and facilitator.
  • Communicate metrics related to leadership development programs to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource development, education, I/O psychology or a related field.
  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in organizational learning and leadership development in a healthcare or corporate environment.
  • Global mindset accommodating cultural differences and respect for diverse perspectives.
  • Design thinking and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master of science in education or organizational development.
  • Three years of experience in a supervisory/managerial or project management role.
  • Certified Performance & Learning Professional (CPLP) or advanced certification in organizational effectiveness.
  • Development assessment certification such as MBTI, Strength Finders, EI 2.0, or DiSC.
