About the position

We are looking for a Learning Project Manager to support our Nazaré division (North America) team. Nazaré is our Learning and Capability brand with over 150 specialists with a deep expertise in Life Sciences. As a Learning Project Manager your role will vary from account to account management for our learning and capability programs. You will be in daily contact with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional service, thinking one step ahead and becoming an important member of the team. You will report into the Learning Delivery Manager. We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange project meetings (from kick-off to completion with relevant resource present), draft minutes, capture priorities and promptly circulate to team; draft project kick-off sheet; complete and update main project management tools, resources and timelines and deadlines; collate weekly status report (project team)
  • Coordinate internal and external resources - analyst, artworker, copywriter, developer, trainer; track time and motion - availability, deadlines and expenses
  • Support timely reminders of main project milestones and finance tracking across.
  • Track project costs, input costs into project tracker, build budgets, reconcile and support invoicing through the commercial finance team.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in a similar Project Manager role
  • Demonstrate an understanding of tracking and monitoring projects milestones and costs to ensure profitability and highlighting budget challenges
  • Demonstrate client management skills
  • Demonstrate formatting skills using PowerPoint
  • Experience working within deadlines across multiple projects
  • Have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent educational level)
  • Have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry, and an interest for learning, capability development and diverse approaches to program and solution development
