About the position

The Learning Solutions Architect II at Navy Federal Credit Union is responsible for identifying learning gaps and recommending effective learning solutions that align with the organization's objectives and strategies. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and implement learning strategies, content, and resources that enhance employee development and support enterprise goals. The position also includes measuring the effectiveness of learning programs and ensuring a positive learner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of learning strategies, tactics, and solutions.
  • Design and develop learning solutions and content for professional development and employee upskilling programs.
  • Facilitate learning solutions for professional development and employee upskilling.
  • Gather data and conduct analysis to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in the development of reference materials and support tools for strategic learning.
  • Stay current with industry learning best practices and program enhancements.
  • Support multiple small-scale Division/Branch projects and programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management and evaluation, learning science, communications, instructional design, or organizational development.
  • Willingness to learn and apply a growth mindset.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments and analysis for learning solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence team members and management.
  • Experience measuring ROI on learning solutions.
  • Exposure to compiling and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience in synchronous learning and facilitation.
  • Participation in cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Fundamental understanding of instructional theories and educational psychology.
  • Ability to interact tactfully in difficult situations.
  • Exposure to organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
