About the position

The Learning Solutions Architect II at Navy Federal Credit Union plays a crucial role in identifying learning gaps and recommending effective learning solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise strategies. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and implement learning strategies, ensuring a positive learner experience and adherence to Navy Federal's overall strategy and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of learning strategies, tactics, and solutions for professional development and employee upskilling programs.
  • Facilitate learning solutions for professional development and employee upskilling.
  • Gather data and conduct analysis to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in the development of reference materials and support tools that reinforce strategic learning.
  • Stay current with industry learning best practices and enhancements.
  • Support multiple small-scale Division/Branch projects and programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience in program management, learning science, communications, instructional design, or organizational development.
