About the position

The Learning Solutions Architect at Navy Federal is responsible for identifying learning gaps and recommending effective learning solutions that align with business unit objectives and enterprise-wide initiatives. This role involves collaboration with various partners to develop strategy-focused learning resources and support the measurement of learning effectiveness. The position requires a strong understanding of instructional design and the ability to facilitate professional development and employee upskilling programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of learning strategies, tactics, and solutions.
  • Design and develop learning solutions and content for professional development or employee upskilling programs.
  • Facilitate learning solutions for professional development and employee upskilling.
  • Gather data and conduct analysis to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in the development of reference materials and support tools for strategic learning.
  • Stay current with industry learning best practices and enhancements.
  • Support multiple small-scale Division/Branch projects and programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management and evaluation, learning science, communications, instructional design, or organizational development.
  • Willingness to learn and apply a growth mindset.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments for learning solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence team members and management.
  • Experience measuring ROI on learning solutions.
  • Exposure to compiling and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience in synchronous learning and facilitation.
  • Participation in cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Fundamental understanding of instructional theories and educational psychology.
  • Exposure to building strategic plans with partner leadership.
  • Ability to interact effectively in difficult situations.
  • Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
