About the position

The Learning Strategist/Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing an effective onboarding program aimed at reducing the time senior leaders spend onboarding new hires. This role focuses on conducting a thorough needs analysis and creating a program that accelerates new hire integration and productivity, ultimately allowing senior leaders to concentrate on critical client work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to identify onboarding requirements.
  • Develop an effective onboarding program that reduces the burden on senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with team members to create strategic recommendations for onboarding training.
  • Create onboarding training materials that facilitate new hire integration and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven instructional design expertise.
  • Experience creating a needs analysis and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Previous experience creating onboarding training.
  • Background in communications with an understanding of language nuances.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to share work samples.

Benefits
