About the position

The Learning & Development System Administrator at Boeing will lead the implementation of a new Sales Enablement Platform, focusing on developing a comprehensive content strategy across integrated platforms. This role is essential in empowering the Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) team by providing them with the necessary skills and tailored content to effectively engage buyers. The position involves designing and delivering impactful learning content, overseeing system maintenance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the new Sales Enablement Platform and develop a comprehensive content management strategy.
  • Create scalable content solutions using UI frameworks, modularity, and localization concepts.
  • Develop, build, and maintain all elements related to the Sales Enablement's functionality, including content landing pages and reporting.
  • Integrate learning and development initiatives with Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Establish standardized operational processes, procedures, guidelines, and documentation for the learning management system.
  • Nurture partnerships with Marketing, IT Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Sales Specialists to create a content migration strategy.
  • Train teammates to self-serve in building and supporting learning courses and paths.
  • Create job aids and conduct team training workshops.
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Monitor performance goals and project deadlines aligned with DAS's learning objectives.
  • Report system/data/process gaps and identify enhancement features.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests for training records and compliance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, Instructional Design, Organization Development, Education, Business, or a similar field.
  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in administering learning and content management systems (Seismic preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in developing content inventories and strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience in training delivery and/or instructional design for a global company.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and online learning protocols (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate or Articulate.
  • Familiarity with UX and UI design principles.
  • Experience with video and image media formats.
  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite and Motion Graphics.
