As the Learning & Talent Development Operations Specialist at Compass Group, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and professional development of our associates. Reporting directly to the Director of Learning & Talent Development, Systems & Analytics, you will work closely with the Talent Management and Learning teams to support a systematic cycle of people processes across Compass Group USA. This includes performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning. Your contributions will be essential in driving the execution of core talent management processes and ensuring alignment with key business drivers to support continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, documentation, and implementation of programs and processes related to workforce planning and employee assessment. You will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, applying this data to support the Talent Management team. Additionally, you will partner with various departments, including HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity and Inclusion, to deliver solutions aimed at identifying employee readiness, talent gaps, and retention risks among high-potential associate populations. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating talent and development processes, making recommendations to leadership, and preparing insightful reports based on data results. You will also troubleshoot issues, maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, and support various Learning & Talent Development projects and strategic initiatives as required.
