About the position

As a Lease Administration Manager at CBRE, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering contracted lease administration services. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring effective portfolio administration, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers. You will play a key role in mentoring staff, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of client reports.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees, including training and development.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establishing work schedules and assigning tasks.
  • Manage the process of producing timely and accurate client reports and services.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and communicate best practices to the team.
  • Review leased and owned portfolios to identify risk, audit, accuracy, and value.
  • Participate in the preparation of RFPs to existing and potential clients.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance appraisal preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate team and impact quality and efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Advanced math skills for calculating financial figures.
